I love this! Says it all about releasing the voice that fear has stolen. So important to speak out about it, no shame, no blame. Put the shame where it belongs on the abuser.
I totally agree! I always tell anyone that is or has been abused to tell someone. If that person doesn’t help then tell someone else, keep telling until someone listens and will help you.
